Basically you are the only horde in your end of the world, and you can zip in and out of the desert wrecking small roman towns, zip over the red sea and start wrecking egypt. I'm going for the Tanukhids as my first proper game after getting Attila in the sale, and let me tell you, they are a lot of fun. Saxons is a lot more forgiving on vhard and downards. Dont forget to get 2 Med cavs and the Shock one from mercs to finish your death army for the initial 30turns.ĭont forget to disregard the AI agressiveness if your playing on lower difficulties (seriously the aggro factor ramps up by tenfold from vhard to legendary). They WILL shit on everything anyone can deploy just make sure you use your levy spears to jav sponge for the club levy. If you going with the Franks you gonna have the time of your life, the clubmen levy rock. You are outgunned and outnumbered, and your second starter army is between Britain and the Franks (dont ever move this one towards the franks or its a insta DoW). Its infuriating to say the least, and dont even dismiss the shitty nordic band, the moment you do that they'll go ham on you, but this time not only the Franks but the Longbeards and Alamans. On legendary the AI knows that better than anything and WILL rush you almost everytime. Think we missed one?
